Apply the oil to your skin and massage in long, sweeping strokes. For a more comfortable experience, massage from the heart outward rather than toward the heart. Alternate gentle strokes with firmer strokes and increased pressure, ensuring any tension in the muscles is released.

For an enhanced experience, warm the massage oil in a warm water bath before applying it to your body. Pour the oil you intend to use into a small drinking glass and place it in a bowl of hot water for five minutes. Hot tap water, about 45 degrees Celsius, will do the trick. This also releases some of the essential oils into the air, creating a wonderful atmosphere with your chosen fragrance.
