•Cleanse your skin of any oil or cream.

•In front of a mirror, choose your optimal position and place the cups on your breasts.
•Gently press the adhesive cups onto the skin to smooth it and ensure optimal support.
•Pull down on both laces together while sliding the front clasp up.
•Once you have achieved the desired effect, secure the front clasp by tying a knot.

Recommendations
•Hand wash with warm water and mild soap after each use, shake and air dry.
